  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes approximately 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • Our products are shipped from trusted fulfillment partners and warehouses. This allows us to carefully package and deliver products safely to our customers.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so our support team can assist you with a resolution.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns on opened skincare or personal care products. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our support team and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • We currently ship only to countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Please note that we ship only to mainland addresses within these regions we are unfortunately unable to ship to islands or offshore territories at this time.

    It's important to note that the cosmetics industry is regulated by various organizations such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (United States), Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (European Union), and ECOCERT, among others. These regulations influence where we can ship our products.

    We are actively exploring options to bring Luxelyn to other locations. In the meantime, if you feel left out, please write us an email at Support@luxelyn.net, and we'll see what we can do to accommodate your needs.

  • Our products are designed to be gentle and suitable for most skin types. However, we always recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare or cosmetic product.

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–72 hours during business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or high demand. If your tracking number has not updated for several days or your order appears delayed, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.

  • If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes
